With over 24 years of experience, Debra brings extensive expertise in home health operations, compliance, and regulatory matters. Her background encompasses due diligence, acquisitions, corporate compliance, clinical audits, and Medicare billing practices. As a certified OASIS reviewer and consultant for both ACHC and CHAP, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership in maintaining regulatory standards.

Debra is an active member of the Health Care Compliance Association and serves on advisory groups for Palmetto GBA and CGS. She has presented at numerous industry events, including the American Health Law Association and various state home care associations.
