Community Health Accreditation Partner Continues Recognition of SimiTree’s Excellence in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement

CHAP conducted a thorough product survey to verify that SimiTree’s QAPI program allows organizations to meet the intent of CHAP’s applicable standards. This renewed verification underscores SimiTree’s ongoing commitment to delivering comprehensive, high-quality QAPI solutions that help home health and hospice agencies meet regulatory requirements while driving operational excellence.
