Polly Cooper brings almost 20 years of recruiting experience, many specific to the behavioral health industry, to her role at SimiTree Behavioral Health. Previously, Cooper led clinical recruiting at innovaTel Telepsychiatry, where she played a pivotal role in growing their national provider network from 40 clinicians to more than 200 providers during her four-year tenure.
Her expertise in designing and implementing a successful clinical recruitment model contributed to innovaTel's recognition as one of the top-growing telehealth mental health organizations in the country.
