Marti Holthus has been promoted to Senior Team Manager and Amanda Snyder-Budnik has been promoted to Senior Team Manager, both in SimiTree’s Coding & OASIS Division. In these roles, Marti and Amanda will be leading their respective teams of OASIS professionals and overseeing the success of both domestic and global accounts.
Marti Holthus, Senior Team Manager, brings more than 12 years of experience in the home health industry and has a proven record of success. She is a highly skilled and experienced coder, and she is also an excellent leader. As a Team Manager since 2019, Marti values quality work and diligence to ensure client satisfaction and provides a Gold Standard level of customer service.
Marti leads through a collaborative and supportive approach that enables each team member to thrive in a challenging industry while looking for ways to not only exceed client expectations but also propel individual team members to achieve greater personal and career success. Marti holds HCS-D coding and COS-C OASIS credentials. She resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and two sons.
Amanda Snyder-Budnik brings more than 5 years of experience in the home health industry, and she is a highly skilled and experienced OASIS coder. She is an excellent leader, enthusiastic about helping agencies improve their coding and OASIS compliance. In 2017, Amanda joined Home Health Solutions, LLC, which later merged with SimiTree. She played a pivotal role as one of the founding members of their team's LIVE QA program. Throughout her tenure, Amanda has dedicated herself to enhancing the knowledge and productivity of her agencies, starting from the clinician level, and extending upwards.
Amanda holds valuable certifications in various areas, including home care coding (HCS-D), OASIS competency (HCS-O), and hospice coding (HCS-H). She resides in Kendalia, Texas, alongside her husband Dylan, and their two sons, Landon, and Lincoln.
