SimiTree Behavioral Health Welcomes J. Paul O’Haro as Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management

[August 3, 2023] Lauderdale Lakes, FL – SimiTree Behavioral Health, the leader in tech-enabled RCM, coding, professional services, and talent management for behavioral health organizations, is pleased to welcome J. Paul O’Haro, M.H.A., as Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management.

O’Haro brings more than 35 years of healthcare executive experience to his role at SimiTree Behavioral Health. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of AdantEdge Healthcare Solutions, during which he led the company’s operations, client management, and information systems.

 O’Haro’s career also included tenures as President and CEO of CompOne Services, one of the nation’s leading revenue cycle management companies, and Regional Vice President for Medaphis Physician Services Corporation (now Change Healthcare, previously a division of McKesson Corporation), where he was responsible for managing several of the company’s leading operational centers. Additionally, O’Haro’s early work at Ernst and Young focused on operational improvement projects for hospital clients using Total Quality Management (TQM) and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) techniques.

O’Haro serves on the advisory board for the Health Management and Informatics graduate program at the University of Missouri, and he continues to avidly study leadership. A legacy family with the University of Missouri, O’Haro, his wife, and three children are all Mizzou alumni. He and his wife have been married for 40 years.
